Naraka: Bladepoint is the latest game by NetEase Games Montreal, and it is a battle royale game (game genre) where up to 60 players fight each other to be the last one standing.
The game incorporates martial arts-inspired melee combat and features a rock-paper-scissors combat system. It also includes vast arsenals of melee and ranged weapons to choose from, as well as a grappling hook that can be used for both combat and traversal.
The game starts with players matching with other players to form teams of 3 players. There are 9 heroes to choose from, and each hero has two skills (either F skill or Ultimate). Once players are shown on the map, the team can search for weapons grapples, health or armors to equip them up. The safe zone will start to shrink, making the game more challenging. The game also has many events in one round, such as eliminating the targeted enemy, praying in front of a Buddhism, etc. When knocked down, players are able to get on their feet again if teammates come to rescue them in a short period of time; otherwise they will die after being cairns.
Naraka: Bladepoint is mostly 2D, with some 3D elements being used for the characters. These are animated fairly smoothly, with the interesting effects of the skills being used. The graphics are fairly decent, with no frame drops or lag. NARAKA: BLADEPOINT has some graphics that are based on the old game METOER BUTTERFLY SWORD. The graphics are not realistic, but it does not need to be. The graphics are cartoon-style and they are colorful.
