FIFA 2022: How to Get Desailly, Ferdinand, or Rooney in Icon Swaps Main Image

As the Icon Swaps challenge has started in FIFA 2022, many players are taking their chance to earn tokens necessary for buying special packs or legendary players. The highest-rated players include Wayne Rooney, Marcel Desailly, and Rio Ferdinand. And this is how to get them (or other available players) in your club.

So, the algorithm is the following:

  • Complete in-game challenges
  • Get tokens
  • When you have enough tokens, exchange them for a player

The first part seems the hardest, being essentially grinding. Most objectives, though, are spread across Live FUT Friendly matches and Squad Battles. For example, you may have to just score, or assist with a through ball, or win a Squad Battle with 11 players of a certain class in your team. Missions are sort of repetitive, but if one of them requires us to win a number of games, who are we to resist it?

Each accomplished objective gives you one token that you collect. To get, say, Wayne Rooney, you will need 17 tokens. For Marcel Desailly, the price is 11 tokens. Marc Overmars is just 9 icons (though who says it’s easy?) For 14 tokens, you can get Gianluca Zambrotta to join your team. Other ways to spend tokens include icons and player packs.

Last but not least: while most players from the list can also be bought for coins, the aforementioned Gianluca Zambrotta and Marc Overmars can only be obtained for Icon Swaps tokens. So if you want these legends, there is no other way but to complete the challenge and get your tokens, and repeat if necessary. The event will last until January 10, and in February, Icon Swaps 2 is already scheduled.

If you are a FIFA 2022 player, which of these legends do you want the most? And would you rather pay in coins or complete the objectives? Share your opinion in the comments if you please!

The app named Mind, which is to appear in watchOS 8, will take even more care of the user’s mental health. Little is known about it besides the name, though. What has appeared in the image that Apple published recently is the name “com.apple.Mind”, along with more apps that are probably to appear in watchOS 8. More information on this is expected during WWDC 2021, that started yesterday, on June 7, but the...

In iPadOS 15, this similarity will become even greater, because of improved multitasking. So, the rumor has it that the new iPadOS will look even more like a laptop. For example, the new home screen will be able to place widgets anywhere – like on its Android alternatives. Now, instead of dedicated section, you will be able to place widgets where you want them to be. Reviewed multitasking will allow your iPad to better handle multiple apps at the same...

In iOS 14.5, users for the first time got an option to block tracking within any single app. Now Google follows the same route with its mobile platform. In late 2021, Android will introduce the same possibility, though not for everybody at the same time. You won’t have to wait for the next major update to see apps ask you whether you will let them track you and access your data. All it takes is a Google Services update, and Alphabet is already working on it. So,...
