Though some say Among Us has lived through its better days, the stats tell a different story. One of the reasons it gains a new audience is its long-awaited release for PlayStation. Almost as soon as the game premiered on this platform, it rose to the top position for both PS4 and PS5, in America and Europe, as well as in other regions.

This indie game has become a huge hit long ago on PC and mobile platforms. During the lockdowns and rising need in communication in games, Among Us hit the point with its social gameplay. It’s, in fact, a version of a popular party game Werewolf, also known as Mafia, set on a starship. Both space theme and highly psychological deductive gameplay granted it its share of lasting love among players.

One of the reasons it was easy to enter was its monetization policy. On mobile devices, Among Us is free-to-play, and on Steam its price is a mere $4.99 – very affordable even by indie gaming standards. On PlayStation, it’s available for the same price, so it’s still one of the most affordable among iconic titles.

Other games that made it to the Top 10 include both new titles (like Madden NFL 22, Call of Duty: Vanguard, or NBA 2K22) and well-known ones like Minecraft. No wonder The Spider-Man: Miles Morales became demanded again, after The Spider-Man: No Way Home became a huge hit in the cinemas. It Takes Two attracted more interest after being acclaimed in most top-games-of-the-year lists. Another indie sensation that was quite certain to make it was Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach (hey, when will we see Poppy Playtime for PlayStation?)

Among Us in 2021 was seriously updated, so PlayStation owners never had a chance to play the original version. The updated one, though, was well received and made the game fun even for those fed up with it. And which version do you prefer? And have you already bought it for your PlayStation if you have one? Let’s discuss it in the comments, crewmates!

The app named Mind, which is to appear in watchOS 8, will take even more care of the user’s mental health. Little is known about it besides the name, though. What has appeared in the image that Apple published recently is the name “com.apple.Mind”, along with more apps that are probably to appear in watchOS 8. More information on this is expected during WWDC 2021, that started yesterday, on June 7, but the...

In iPadOS 15, this similarity will become even greater, because of improved multitasking. So, the rumor has it that the new iPadOS will look even more like a laptop. For example, the new home screen will be able to place widgets anywhere – like on its Android alternatives. Now, instead of dedicated section, you will be able to place widgets where you want them to be. Reviewed multitasking will allow your iPad to better handle multiple apps at the same...

In iOS 14.5, users for the first time got an option to block tracking within any single app. Now Google follows the same route with its mobile platform. In late 2021, Android will introduce the same possibility, though not for everybody at the same time. You won’t have to wait for the next major update to see apps ask you whether you will let them track you and access your data. All it takes is a Google Services update, and Alphabet is already working on it. So,...
