Back 4 Blood is one of the most exciting looter shooters from the developers of the Left 4 Dead games.
Back 4 Blood Review
The four of you are to fight zombies and other monsters to save what has been left of the civilization. You should help other citizens to survive and collect needed supplements for this. Turtle Rock was able to make this game both challenging and extremely funny.
Other games don't offer such a zombie apocalypse with so realistic graphics as Back 4 Blood does. The movements in this game remain smooth even when things change fast. Lightning in Back 4 Blood is excellent, thanks to the hard work of developers. You can feel like you are in the middle of fighting in real life. It’s a 1-person shooter that saves the dynamics of character when it runs. Also, the angle of view changes quickly when needed. There are diverse locations both in the countryside and at the center of megapolis.
The main mode of the game has thirty levels. Each location in Back 4 Blood has several unique missions. You will want to replay them not only because they are thrilling; the game changes according to your actions. That means the same episode can be played in various ways. Also, there are challenges you can add to each level. It’s even more exciting to try the same locations when you play with different people. You can also change the cards and weapons before each mission to raise your fighting level. Overall, Back 4 Blood has a high level of replayability thanks to its gameplay.
The campaign includes four players, but you can play solo and be the leader of your team in this surviving game. Before each mission, you may choose one of eight available Cleaners. They have their own characteristics, and you additionally choose weapons and items to increase their possibilities. As noted before, there are about 30 levels. The more you play and develop your character, the more cards you open. You can change them before each mission.
For those players who would like to make gaming more challenging, there are three difficulties: Recruit, Veteran, and Nightmare. However, there are not developed on the highest level. Recruit is the simplest one, and it doesn’t give that feeling of challenge all the time. Veteran and Nightmare are the opposite. They require you to be quick and attentive, but not always you’re able to play for a long time. Overall, these difficulties are waiting for their improvements.
According to what was said above, Back 4 Blood is a great shooter that in some points even overcame the Left 4 Dead. Some modes are not to everyone’s taste. But graphics and controls are perfect what makes Back 4 Blood interesting and unique.
